Transparent, solvent-based oil protection for MORTEX COLOR finishes. Provides water and stain resistance while maintaining matte appearance and natural color. Best for interior applications, bathrooms, and kitchens. 34 fl oz (1 L) covers about 160–215 sq ft (15–20 m²).
Surface protection for MORTEX and BEALSTONE finishes. Apply 48 hours after the final coat. The right protection depends on the job — check the MORTEX protection table or ask Terraforma technical support.

Before starting: apply at 5–30 °C, relative humidity 65–90%, substrate moisture below 3%. Avoid dehumidifiers and air conditioning from one week before application until 28 days after.
Cold-weather shipping: these products must remain above 6 °C. From November to March, contact us about protected shipping or Richmond warehouse pickup.
