Fine-grain technical finish with 0.26 mm grain size. Creates a smooth, polished aesthetic. Ideal for interior walls, kitchens, and bathrooms where a sleek, uniform finish is desired. Apply as final coat over 2 base coats of COLOR 2-N.
MORTEX COLOR 2-F finish micro-mortars come in increasingly fine grain sizes. F1 (0.26 mm) and F2 (0.17 mm) are technical finishes for wet rooms and floors. F3 (0.03 mm) and F4 (0.023 mm) are decorative only, with a Tadelakt-like look. Always apply over MORTEX COLOR 2-N technical coats — never directly on the substrate. Coverage about 0.1–0.25 lb/sq ft (0.5–1.2 kg/m²) depending on grade.

Before starting: apply at 5–30 °C, relative humidity 65–90%, substrate moisture below 3%. Avoid dehumidifiers and air conditioning from one week before application until 28 days after.
