I spent the past ten years applying microcement and plaster finishes in BC on custom homes and high-end renovations.

But while I was growing my career, I felt something was missing. I was in search of community, applicators doing similar work, and people who cared about the same standard. Somewhere to share knowledge, compare notes, and sharpen our craft together. Instead, I spent a good part of a decade doing it alone, with no clear training path, way to level up, or tangible way to bring other people into this work the right way.

There was no clear supply chain either. No complete system of products in North America to take a bathroom from start to finish, or finish a wall or project with confidence without reaching for a subpar product somewhere along the way.
