Where we ship We ship across Canada and to the United States. Customs duties and import taxes on US orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Processing In-stock orders are dispatched right away. Items on pre-order show their expected date on the product page.

Methods Small orders ship by Canada Post or courier. Pallets and heavy orders ship by freight and are quoted by weight and destination. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, or quoted by us for freight.

Dangerous goods BIPUR, POLYTHANE, REPELOIL and other regulated products ship by ground only, with the required documentation, and cannot be sent by standard postal service. We handle the documentation and carrier requirements, including for US destinations.

Frost-sensitive products BEALCRYL, primers and other liquids must not freeze. In cold weather we pack liquids with heat packs inside the parcel.

Tracking You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Damage in transit Inspect on delivery and note damage on the receipt. Report it within 48 hours with photos. See our refund policy.
