Solvent-based primer specifically designed for absorbent substrates (concrete, brick, stone). Provides optimal adhesion and moisture control before applying MORTEX base coats.

Coverage:
About 120–165 sq ft per gallon (3–4 m² per liter) on absorbent substrates (depends on surface porosity)
Application:
Apply with brush or roller. Allow to dry completely (2-4 hours) before applying MORTEX COLOR 2-N base coat.
Storage:
12 months in original sealed container. Store in cool, dry place.
BEAL primers prepare the substrate before MORTEX or BEALSTONE. Choose by substrate: RESIDUR for absorbent substrates (concrete, brick, stone); RESIPACT G for glass, glossy tile and smooth surfaces (after keying). Not sure which one? Ask Terraforma technical support.

Before starting: apply at 5–30 °C, relative humidity 65–90%, substrate moisture below 3%. Avoid dehumidifiers and air conditioning from one week before application until 28 days after.
Cold-weather shipping: these products must remain above 6 °C. From November to March, contact us about protected shipping or Richmond warehouse pickup.
